Yes, Hers Bridal prides ourselves with our customer service and to ensure you have your own bridal consultant we ask that you set your appointment so that we can have enough staff to accommodate you.
We recommend no more then "3-5". Inviting too many guests can overwhelm our bride and staff and take away from her "once-in-a-lifetime" experience. If there are more than 5 guests so please let Hers Bridal staff know so we can accommodate you.
Yes and No. If bringing your children is special to you because you would like them to be a part of your experience, please do so, but we do recommend you bring someone whose responsibility is to watch the children. We want to make sure that all bride's experiences are a great one. Hers Bridal is not liable for any children that are unattended and injury should occur.
We do not offer alteration services in-house but we do have a list of seamstresses that we recommend. We are not liable for any alterations inaccuracies.
We do not charge for appointments but we do keep a CC on file for any no shows or last minute cancelations.
